Terms & Conditions
1. Payment of fees
Class places are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. Term and camp fees must be paid in full before the term or camp starts. Fees are not reduced for holidays taken during term.
2. Refunds and missed classes
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your child misses a class through illness and you provide a sick note, we offer a catch-up class. Catch-ups must be taken in the same term and depend on availability.
3. Cancellations and changes
Rebel Angels Sports Academy may cancel or reschedule classes, events or competitions at any time. When this happens, we will try to tell you in advance and offer an alternative where possible.
4. Class and level placement
Our coaches assess each child and place them in the level and class that suits their skills, age and readiness. Placement decisions are made in the child's best interest, and parents agree to rely on the coaches' judgement.
5. Liability and health
Rebel Angels Sports Academy is not liable for any injury, damage or loss during classes, events or competitions. You confirm that your child is physically and medically fit to take part, and you must tell us about any medical condition or injury before they start.
6. Photos
By enrolling, you allow Rebel Angels Sports Academy to take and publish photos of your child on our website and social media for marketing. We may edit and share these photos, they belong to the Academy, and no payment is due for their use. If you prefer we don't feature your child, email us.
7. Code of conduct
All participants, parents and guardians must treat coaches, other participants and equipment with respect, avoid disruptive behaviour and follow our Guidelines. Coaches are not available for discussion during class. Please speak to the admin staff or the Head Coach on duty, email info@rebelangels.qa or call +974 3355 9983.
8. Personal belongings
Please don't bring valuables to the gym, and label all belongings with your child's name. Items found are kept in the lost and found box or handed to the security office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Agreement
By enrolling in any Rebel Angels Sports Academy class, camp, event or competition, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
